SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For my online customers only I understand that you don’t have the benefit of being able to feel the garment, as well as how it will fit and am happy to offer a refund or exchange on full priced items. (I do not offer a refund on postage if paid.) Please contact me either on 0432390943 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item with a reply paid express post envelope within 7 days of receiving the item. They can be posted back to

If you would like to exchange, to swap a size or select another item from the online store, please let me know so I can pop the item aside, to avoid it selling out before your original item is returned.
If you would like a refund, items must be returned clean, unworn with tags attached within 7 days of receiving your order, otherwise a refund may be refused.
Your payment will be refunded through the same means you paid, once your item/s has been returned to us.
Refunds will take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once processed.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, when goods are being returned for an exchange or refund.
Please read the garment descriptions carefully before purchasing and take into account the measurements on the size charts provided in each listing.

If you purchased an item from one of my stockist please contact them first.
There is no REFUND or EXCHANGE on SALE items.
There is no REFUND or EXCHANGE on garments where the customer has not followed the correct washing/care instructions.
